Shadyside At Home Apartments utilizes a complete electronic portal to manage your interaction with our resource and maintenance teams. Starting with the application process, the lease signing, and your first payment of rent you will use an app called AppFolio that can be accessed from a website or downloaded from the iOS and Android Stores. Once installed or logged in you have access to your personal profile that includes making rent payments, scheduling lease renewals, and managing all aspects of your rental term with us. From here you will also submit maintenance requests, upload pictures and video to us, and follow along as we work to help fulfill your request. Everything is in one place and we are thrilled to be able to offer to you modern take on interacting with your landlord. Don’t worry, we can still do things the old way if you want!
